FLUFENACET 40%SCL

Mode of action:

Pre- and early post-emergence herbicide. It is systemic, with apoplastic transport and distribution, and with meristematic activity.

Use:

Selective herbicide with broad-spectrum grass control and control of some broad-leaved weeds; pre-plant-incorporated, pre-plant-surface, pre-emergence in maize and soya beans, pre-planting in tomatoes, pre-emergence in potatoes and sunflowers, and post-emergence in maize, wheat and rice.

Direction for use:

May be applied as a broadcast spray up to 45 days before planting in corn and 14days before planting in soybeans. Most effective weed control will occur when the applied product is moved into the soil by rainfall, sprinkler irrigation or mechanical tillage prior to weed emergence from the soil.
