Mode of action:
Inhibits the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme. The primary site of activity is in plant meristems. Soya beans quickly metabolise cloransulam-methyl into a non-active form. Applied to the soil surface or incorporated pre-emergence or post-emergence in soya beans.
Advantage:
Lower dosage, long-lasting control of broad-leaved weeds, increased yield potential.

Direction for use:
- Apply when growing Commelina communis L . weeds at the 3-5 leaf stage.
- Leaves may exhibit temporary chlorosis (yellowing), and recover within 4-5 days, however, it did not make negative effect on the yield.
